After updating to v1.0, Fantasy Wars is missing some of the descriptive text from the options screen--but only when in English. The descriptive text is present when the game is switched to Spanish (I didn't check any other languages).

Has anyone else seen this? I've attached some screenshots of both. All of the missing tags/tooltips start with "uiOpt".

Try downloading and installing the latest build if you want to see the extra sound options. The previous build did not have them.

Mine is the latest, can't get any latest if GoG doesn't give me the latest.

The screenshot you posted shows a build date of Oct 13, 2007 (in the lower left-hand corner). The build date in the screenshots posted by the OP shows Dec 4, 2012, as does the build I have installed. The 2007 build definitely does not have the extra sound options...at least, on my PC, it doesn't.

well gog only sells the 2007 build version, where did you get the 2012 version if gog doesnt even offer the download for it?

The latest build on GOG is the 2012 version. It should be in your library and is labeled version 1.0. That is how I got it because I own this game on GOG only. I downloaded the English language build, and the OP has the Spanish language build. So, I don't know if the other languages are at the same version. If you don't see it in your library, you may need to contact support.

blackcatXIII: The latest build on GOG is the 2012 version. It should be in your library and is labeled version 1.0. That is how I got it because I own this game on GOG only. I downloaded the English language build, and the OP has the Spanish language build. So, I don't know if the other languages are at the same version. If you don't see it in your library, you may need to contact support.
