Apparnetly the GOG version of Fallout 3:GOTY does not include the manual ,aka Vault Dwellers Survival Guide that came with the boxed version of the game.GOG needs to get this up for download.

You can get it from Steam.

Or the pocket reference edition from Gamepedia.

Who needs manuals these days anyway? :) If you're a fairly experienced player, you won't have trouble with the game. But I agree, it should've been added.

Heh, I agree one could jump in and just play, but among other things the manual describes all the skills and perks with their effects, and allows for character build planning. Sure, one could go to a wiki site or fan-written guide, but it *is* the official manual and should be included in the game.
