I need to deliver Bishop's holodisk to Roger Westin, but there's no guard outside of the gate.
The Fallout wiki said that Westin's ranch was on the far west side of downtown NCR, and that's where I am. There's a guard at the gate, but he's on the otherside of the beam gate, so, naturally, he can neither see nor hear me.
At first, I thought that maybe the guard wandered over to the other side after Jack blew himself up at took the gates down, but: 1. I convinced Jack not to blow up the power station; 2. the guard never moves, anyway.
So, is the guard on the wrong side of the gate, or is there supposed to be another guard on the outside?
Either way, short of starting over, what can I do?
