Whenever I launch Fallout, the launcher menu is bugged. The picture repeats and the words are all garbled. I tried doing a reinstall and it still looks messed up. Is there anyway to fix this?

Also, it is my understanding that Fallout 1 is still censored on GOG. What is the correct patch to uncensor it? Is it still Fixit?

And then for Fallout 2, is that still censored? I have been seeing conflicting statements about it. If so, what patches do I need for that one too? Is it still Restoration Project?

It's censored. You can use this patch to restore children to the game: https://www.moddb.com/games/fallout/downloads/fallout-1-child-patch.

Fallout 2 is uncensored. The children are present in the game without any patches. It's good to install the Restoration Project however. It restores a lot of content that was cut out of the game during the development process.

These are probably some graphics glitches. You can try running the launcher in compatibility mode (Win 7 or XP). Changing the GPU drivers can also help.
