hey guys i need help everytime i try to install fallout or fallout 2 i get a notice saying master.dat was unable to be copyed or something like that please help i really wanna play :/

Have you run it in admin mode? That is one of the common reasons for a copy error like that.
Sometimes a file is marked as read only and that needs to be changed, but i doubt that is the issue.
