Although i bought it in steam , save game doesn't work. So, i buy gog version because of cloud save but it doesn't work too. Why i can't save. Help me please.

i want my money back.

Please provide some more details. Do you get any kind of message when you're trying to save? Or does the game crash? Maybe nothing happens at all?

It's not show me anything when it's goes autosave. If i tried to load the save , it's show no data save found.
Why the game not tell me the problem the cause of error datasave?

Does manual saving work fine? Maybe you switched off the autosaves i game settings?

It's doesn't work when i save with autosave or manual. No save datafound when i wanna load save file.
Although i close and open cloud save , it's doesn't work.

I presume we're talking about Fallout 3 or Fallout New Vegas. Try to disable your antivirus. It probably blocks access to the save folders. For Windows Defender follow this guide: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/4046851/windows-10-allow-blocked-app-windows-security.
