I'm trying to gift all three Fallout games to myself so I can have them in my library. But I cannot. It's telling me "gifting free games is disabled" or that the servers are overloaded or something like that. So what? All of a sudden we cannot get games for free? Please fix this before the offers expire. I'd like to be able to play these fantastic games.

The games are still free. However gifting the games may be disabled to lower the traffic. Or to do something more sinister...

(BTW, your avatar is cute. But don't wave it around in the air or people will call you a weeaboo. :P)

Yeah so I was able to check out Fallout 2 and Tactics by themselves, it took forever but I got to checkout the games, can't wait to play them. And haha oh gee thanks. It never bothered me before when people called me an anime nut, which I am, so I don't know why it would now. Hell I even made friends just based on the fact I like anime. So if being a weeaboo is bad then I don't mind.

I don't mind Anime stuff (I actually really like Cowboy Bebop, Castle In The Sky, Evangelion, etc.), but I don't really talk about it avidly. But to each to their own. Or in other words, go have fun on what you are doing! And enjoy Fallout 2!
