So I want to put FO on my laptop but my wireless internet is as slow as can be. I was wondering if it's possible to burn all needed files from my PC onto a disk and then install FO on my laptop? Any help would be great, thanks

It's possible, I've done it.
EDIT:
just be sure to burn the installer, and not your installed files.

the install file is small enough that you should be able to put it on a usb flash drive. that'll make transferring the file much easier.

hahaha, the only flash drive I have is an old iPod Shuffle, it has 512mb of space.
You know what I use it for? That fast access stuff on my vista computer. Do I really need it? No. Does it boost performance? probably not. But I don't have any other use for the dang thing! hahahaha.

heh. you can get a 4 gb flash drive for $10 now. more than enough space for the fallout install file. and a lot cheaper than your ipod shuffle!
