Yeah, NMA wiped the downloads some time ago, and also changes forum links, without adding proper rewrite rules, so the links in the first post should be fixed.

If I install TeamX 1.2 then their 1.3.5 patches will I be good to go censorship wise?

Yes indeed. That is sufficient.
The only thing I'd recommend is to use 1.2.1 RC instead of the 'stable' version. Despite the the RC in the title, it's quite complete and throughly tested to be considered a final release.
And, what is more important, 1.2.1 improves compatibility of the latter 1.3.5. With the 'stable' 1.2 patch you could experience some issues in Junktown after 1.3.5 patch installation. This affects only some specific distributions of the game, though.

Would anyone happen to have an alternate download? I'm getting massive security warnings here, and Chrome won't even let me download it even if I'm sure it's alright. Also one link on TeamX's site leads to a 404. No Mutants Allowed seems to only have 1.2.

Try those two:
SO patch 1.2.1,
UO patch 1.3.5.

And i'd suggest to use more user-friendly browser as well. Like Palemoon or Falkon (former Qupzilla).
Because files are clean and TeamX's site is a perfectly safe and trusted source.

i cant run the game... it crash when i click on new game... i have fallout newvegas on the same pc and it works perfectly... what can i do to lunch the game???

Many of these links are broken because most mods have already been incorporated into the big Fallout Fixt mod. I suggest you remove the broken links and add the "big" mod (here: http://nma-fallout.com/resources/fallout-fixt-full-all-fixes-and-mods.8/)

Which link exactly do you try to use? Anonfiles has some problems now but original TeamX site works just fine.
