According to the error message when I try to install it, FOLON cannot access CustomControlMap.txt. What does that mean, and how do I fix it?
Did you run Fallout 4 once before installing the mod?
Yes, I've played FO4 consistently for over a month, if that helps. I'll run it again and redo the FOLON installation and see what that does.

I am having the same issue.
I tried running FO4 before re-trying the FOLON installer and it didn't help at all. I'm not sure what to do at this point.
While I'm thinking about it, I tried getting the script extender after getting FO4, and it was for the next-gen update version, which GOG doesn't have yet. In the FOLON folder, there is a script extender exe, are they different versions that are conflicting with one another?

According to 7-Zip the dll and loader.exe included with FOLON have the same hashes as the ones you can download from f4se.silverlock.org, so they would appear to be the same.

I made a Back Up copy of the CustomControlMap and erase it, then run the FOLON Installer and it work out
Simply just delet the custom maps, worked fine for me.
