Hello, I recently installed Fallout 3 through GOG galaxy and I am unable to add any mods as the only folders in the Data folder are Music, Shaders, and Video. I know from experience with Oblivion that normally you place Mod files in the necessary folders and then install them with the mod manager, but , at least in Oblivion's case, the folders were all present in the Data directory. Given that I have search this Forum and not found similar questions, what incredibly obvious thing am I missing?

All mods go into the data folder and any mod manager will add folders as necessary, as these are provided inside the mod.
