MajorMasturbation: I bought Fallout 3: GOTY about a week ago and the first thing I did was install a few mods (I use Mod Organizer). It ran perfectly for the first few hours of play (basically the Vault and arriving in Megaton) but my game started getting very unstable and crashed frequently. I realized I hadn't installed FOSE so I installed it and tried to run it from Mod Organizer. It initiated the window opening with a black screen and a loading cursor and then it just closed. I tried again, didn't work. I tried running it from GOG Galaxy, did the same thing. Tried to run the .exe from the folder, the same thing happened. I have reinstalled it several times and tried different mods and load orders several times. I thought the mods might be causing the crashing but even with no mods or plugins besides the DLC, it's been doing the same thing for a week. Any help would be much appreciated, thank you.

smuggly: Get the FOMM it's better. It works with NV also.
