Running on Vega 3 and Windows 11 and Fallout 3 won't start. Tried almost every abc fix at this point. I am also getting this generic warning which is whatever.

On Windows 10 I found running 'New Vegas' does crash at start as well -- I have not been able to rid the error message, but can run it in Compatibility mode Win Vista 7 & 8. It also launches fine here without the warning first, if I am online. It may be looking for Galaxy I do not install, as dlls are there that were not included in previous GOG versions. Offline have to do the above from launch exe, but runs best from game exe itself in the same folder. I hope this helps; I am still trying to work around any warning while offline, and suspect a drm issue here folks.

I just purchased Fallout 3 over the sale holiday, and just tried to start it up. Same warning message came up for me. I'm running Windows 10, i5, Intel HD 5500. I've tried compatibility mode, running it in admin mode. Nothing has worked for me so far.

EDIT: On a whim I decided to purchase F3 GOY on Steam(On sale until 7/7). I installed and loaded it with no issues.
