This is great! I just started playing Fallout 1 with a 1-Intelligence-character with the GOG version. I didn't even know that until now that this has such an... "interesting" impact on conversations ;)

This is just hilarious! I'll finish plaing through Fallout 2 now, but after that I HAVE to play both again this way. :-)

The Let's Play Archive is a collection of "Let's Play" narrated game playthroughs by Something Awful forum members, usually with choices decided by people reading along. There's a similarly low-int LP of Fallout 2 , and an LP for Fallout 1 [url=http://fromearth.net/LetsPlay/Fallout/]here that takes a bit of a different approach (10 luck, role-playing as an innocent, naive character).

I saw this a couple months ago, when it was posted on Kotaku. It wasn't this far along, and only seems to get better as it goes on.

Whenever I play one of these games on a second playthrough I start out roleplaying a character for the fun of it, then decide what a bad idea it is to be "Mr. Charismatic" in certain situations and starting shooting people in the face. Fallout 1 and 2, Elder Scrolls 3 and 4-they all went this route.

Me got +3 smart. Me get good words. Me used to just say err and uhg but now me know more.
