Hi everyone,

I wanna give Fallout 1.5 Resurrection a try. I downloaded it (FoRes_EN_1_5_install, 287 Mb) as well as both Fallout2_High_Resolution_Patch_4.1.8 and Fallout 2 Sfall_3.8.1

Can someone tell me what should be the installation order for playing FO 1.5 Resurrection correctly ?

Thanks!

1. High Resolution patch is included in GOG installer.
2. sfall is included, too, but even older version than yours, so it's good to update it. Why did you download 3.8.1 version? Latest one is 4.0.5.
3. So, you have to install GOG Fallout 2 first, then update and configure sfall, and at last install Resurrection mod.

Thanks for replying, Kerebron! :)

Then I must install first Sfall and then FO 1.5 Resurrection, right? And the mod won't override and/or mess with the Sfall configurations?

The mod should end up as a subdirectory in your Fallout 2 installation, so any sfall config it does should be local to that mod only.
And, when playing FO 1.5 Resurrection, do I still have to be worried about the 13-year limit from Fallout 2? Or this limit has no implications on Resurrection gameplay?

I imagine it's been disabled for Resurrection, since its plot doesn't appear to have a time limit at least.
