When I right click to change cursor options, the cursor nicks off to the bottom right corner of the screen. I'm sure this also happened when I played Planescape Torment.

I'm almost certain it's an issue with your computer and not the game.
Check your mouse drivers, sometimes the default isn't the best for your hardware.

I used the drivers off the disk when I got the mouse a few months back. I have now gone to the manufacturers website and downloaded the driver off there and..... bingo. Sorted.
