Hello, my PC have a crippled leg. I'm in the begimning of the campaign, and I caught this nasty wound from Gizmo's body guard. Now I can't run, of course. This just reminds me why I loved Fallout so much back then. But in the long run, not being able to run around can get annoying.
I though Doc Morbid would fix it, but I just went out his office 340 caps lighter, with my HP fully restored and... a crippled leg.
Of course, in the end, I healed this crippled leg with my dctr skill and a dctr bag. It's gone. But this is ruining completely this revolutionary (for its time) realistic combat system and this is a pity.

Is there a solution or for instance a mod to fix this ?

Edit : I realise this is more a rant than a real question lol Anyway, I'll do with the doctor skill.

According to the wiki
he is supposed to be able to heal crippled limbs.

If you're after a sort of realistic damage model from an isometric perspective in a post apocalyptic setting, have a look at Project Zomboid. There you can break your limbs by falling off of ledges, out of windows etc. Once while I was building a small lookout tower I fell and broke my leg, which I then had to splint myself and wait for it to heal, which took a very long time. During that time I could only walk around slowly, was pretty much holed up in my safe house.
Had a look @ project zomboid and it seems very interesting. I hope the combat system is better than dead state, I had a very bad experience with this one.

Never played Dead State but I had a quick look at its combat. It seems the game has some sort of grid system for movement, and uses turn-based combat, much like Fallout (except I think that is hex based). Suffice to say Project Zomboid is completely different from this point of view. The movement and combat are both realtime and far more, well, free. Not that free is better necessarily. I find Fallout's combat to be absolutely delicious, but even at a distance, Dead State's combat looks remarkably iffy :\
