Hi everyone,
I just wanted to start Fallout 1 and the launcher appears somewhat properly (graphic glitches, but that's it). When I click on "start" / "launch", however, the launcher closes and nothing happens. What's the problem? (I am playling on Windows 10, if that helps.)

SOLVED! :D

I did two things:

1. I opened the High Resolution-Patch settings via GOG Galaxy and set everything up the way I wanted it and turned HR-version on.

2. Right-click "falloutwHR.exe" --> compatibility --> select "Windows 8 compatibility mode".

Now it works flawlessly. I hope this helps someone one day. :)

Thanks for posting the solution, not a lot of people do that. They usually say they solved it and off they go lol.

If RPU and FO1in2 ever fails, I may have to look for this thread. =P

Am also having problems launching this stupid game, I have tried what was in post to no avail, If I try to launch through the wHR.exe nothing even pops up, im at a huge loss
