I'm trying to do the "Welcome to the Vagabonds" quest by getting a lapel pin from a isle of dogs sniffer. I went to a nearby tower full of syndicate and retrieved several of the pins, however whenever I return to the Swan and Miter the door is locked requiring a key and everyone is hostile towards me. Is there anyway I can fix this?

I had the same issue. I think it was killing the named syndicate character up the center elevator that cause the vagabond to go mad. Was able to reload and old save before going up the elevator and found the vagabonds are not hostile and fine. I found other pins from doing the main lab quest and wandering around the isle there was another dog sniffer with pin.
Make lots of saves files!
