Just installed it, runs great, but I get random CTDs every 10-15 minutes. It's not an overheating issue, everything's nominal.

Yeah me too - I managed to get through the intro part fine, but once im out in London itself the game crashes all the time...
I crash trying to level up. The perk chart crashes me 100 percent of the time
Turn graphics settings down. I think this is a known issue with the base game. Ultra turns on features that are buggy.
I have putting this post up, on a few sites. To warn and help people.

bNVFlexInstanceDebris=1
bNVFlexDrawDebris=1
Weapon debris OFF, golden rule.

You ask for crashes, if you pick uneven numbers when it comes to your CPU.

iNumHWThreads=6
That's 3 cores.

Regular crashed in the past when enabled. When screen space reflections are also enabled.

bEnableWetnessMaterials=1 where is the zero.

You cannot have more lights, then the game can handle shadows in a cell.
Why the game crashes when enabling your pipboy light.

Still based on Fallout 4, 32 bit. Not the next gen. So the max is and will be 30fps.

www.reddit.com/r/fallout4london/comments/1ec4pni/psa_fix_for_crashes/ - install Buffout 4 manually.
Go into the launcher and DISABLE Weapon Debris.

It is a known problem with base Fallout 4.

Yep, same here.

I haven't managed to find Weapon Debris yet, could you expand a bit on "go into the launcher" please?

It is in the Fallout 4 launcher under options Advanced.

Start Fallout 4. This starts the launcher, not the game. Don't go into the game itself.
Choose "Options"
While you're there, set "Windowed" and "Borderless", this fixed some crashes and in-game terminal issues for me
Click "Advanced" under details
Weapon Debris is a drop down box that has an option for Off.

Not there, I'm afraid. There are 8 drop down options plus 5 tick-box options but nothing relating to Weapon Debris.

What? What version are you running? Mine is 1.10.163.0

Screenshot attached that shows all my settings that seem to run (mostly) fine.

Thanks. I am running the same version number, downloaded and installed for the first time on GOG on London's launch day last week. I've previously played FO4 on Steam. The Options screen looks exactly like yours but without the 9th entry for Weapon Debris.
