All of the guns (except shotgun) have less than 10 damage, while Wiki says for example the 9mm should have 18 dmg, but mine has only 9. Are these guns really so badly nerfed or the problem is at me?

Did you pick up the Combat Beer Mat? It's a known bug that it decreases damage on all weapons by 50% instead of what it claims to do in the perk description. There is a "Beer Mats fix" mod on the Nexus you can use for now if you can't wait for the official FOLON update to fix it.

Oh, you mean the reason I had to turn the diffculty down to easy is because I picked up a bugged combat beer mat?! :D
