its just crashing right there train moves then a voice talks then black screen and back to desktop tried it 9 times now just crashes all the time

Having the same issue here, I get as far as the Fallout London logo splash, then a loading screen which crashes to desktop without fail :/

Try going to Data\F4SE\plugins and opening BakaScrapHeap.toml with notepad and changing ScrapHeapMult = 2 to ScrapHeapMult = 4 and save. It fixed it for me.

This has NOT fixed it for me.

However, turning down graphics settings to Low in the launcher seems to have helped.
