I have a vanilla Fallout 4, Next Gen Steam install on my rig.

I bought a separate copy of Fallout 4 GOTY from GOG just to run Fallout London.

Just discovered that it rewrote all of the .ini files in "Documents\My Games\Fallout4", that the new GOG install didn't bother to create a separate folder for itself. (...Which may be the source of most of my London crashes, and why my vanilla Steam F4
install is wrecked.)
Rookie mistake, did not see that coming. I figured two different installs from two different gaming behemoths would be accounted for, and manage to avoid each other.

Is there any way for me to tweak the new GOG install to use a different, "Documents\My Games\Fallout4GOTY" folder?

Or is this hopeless, for me, and anyone else who may have the same issue, aware of it or not?

Try using ModOrganizer 2 and creating an instance with instance-specific .ini and savedata?
