The phone Im suposed to answer is ringing but I cant enter the phone booth or activate the button in the phone booth if I use a console command to walk through the door. Does anyone have a solution? Thanks.

Presuming you're able to open the door, work your way in as close to the button as you can before pressing it (this sometimes takes me a couple of tries to get right). If you're too far, the door closing will push you out of the booth instead of triggering the proper sequence for continuing the quest.
