I sure do, but a warning in advance. It's a long wait between turns and crashes allot.

You can do LAN multiplayer with up to 4 people for the whole campaign, skirmish missions, or multiplayer only deathmatch maps.

press multiplayer -> LAN/WAN TCP/IP

In the next message box type the IP address of the Host computer.
Lookup your IPv4 address with the windows command prompt (CMD) and the ipconfig command.

The host should keep the box empty and create a lobby before other users try to connect, This wil only work for local network games. If you want to play with somebody across the internet then you should setup a VPN with something like hamachi https://www.vpn.net/ and use the IP's it creates for you.

I've played the whole first campaign map with 2 players. Don't forget to save after each turn ;)
it is not that simple. by default, windows enables ip version 4 and ip version 6. older games was made before ip version 6 was invented. they can therefore not connect with ip version 6 enabled. you have to go into network settings and disable ip version 6. that solution however does work even in windows 10 but, new network connections turn ip version 6 on by default so, for each new network connection you have go in again and turn it off. another function you might have to turn off is energy efficient ethernet, as many games older than 2010 is disconnects with that on.
