You're welcome.

Update: "Cancels all positive effects" is 'Negating' (no quotes), a weapon property from Gae Derg spear.

Sweet! Thanks! :D Updated.
Hmm. I've tried applying attributes to the Macha Talisman, but was unable to. It said that the talisman was not equipped. I've used "imbue Player Talisman_Macha <xyproperty>". Did you use something else to make it work, Hickory? Or was yours only a suggestion, when you wrote about it?
The "Negating" and "Sovereign" weapon properties applied without problems. Haven't had time to test them in combat though. The Silver Cross talisman works fine, just lacks an icon.

It was just a suggestion -- I don't use these myself, I just like digging. :)

Anyway, the "Imbue" command takes item types, not specific names (Armour, not Hide Armour etc.), so try:

imbue Player Talisman <xyproperty>

It may not even be "Talisman", so...

Edit: Ok, it is as I said above re. the command, however, it seems it is broken for talismans. The game will tell you a property has been added, or if it already has one, but it doesn't actually add anything to the blank talisman. To test if this (Macha) talisman is special in some way, so it can't be edited, I added a property via a saved game edit and it can be given a property (I gave it Asgardian and it works). So the command is broken for talismans as it stands.

<faceplants into keyboard> Thanks for spotting my silly mistake. It is as you said. It seems that imbue doesn't stick, as you can retry several times and it'll never say the talisman already has a special property, as it does on working talismans.

I've already finished on hardest level three times, so now I am having fun with these console commands. :) I'll amend my post to note Macha talisman doesn't accept special properties.

No worries. You might want to amend your note, "they don't seem to work on any talisman" to "they can't be added to any talisman via the console", since they *do* work on talismans. ;)

Ehh... I wouldn't use that - that one in-game item that has this by default is broken and I suspect the whole property is broken ATM

Thanks! Added ... Yeah, awkward is for ranged, but can be used on melee as well. Not that it does anything useful for melee except make them sound funny.

Thanks for the heads up. Although now it's almost too tempting not to try. "Oh! What does THIS button do?!" kind of way. xD

I'll add it to the list anyway and mark it as broken.

More like 'suspected broken'. Single repro ain't a repro at all.
Feel free to try it and we'll see :D
