Hello everyone!

We are a small team and all we care about is making the most awesome game we can. We interact very closely with our community and we're eager to engage with you here on GOG!

Best,

Bare Mettle
Hello!
Looking forward to seeing what you can do with such an interesting set of mechanics.
Good luck!
I understand that this is a demo version. And when the game itself will be released?

Exanima isn't a demo version of anything, it will be a fully fleshed-out and complete standalone game. The game is still in development so the current beta version is missing some features/content which are being worked on. Bare Mettle estimate it'll be completed in roughly 6-9 months from now.

Exanima is a prelude to the dev's other project called Sui Generis. Exanima takes place 20 years prior to SG and explains events that lead up to where SG starts.

Hello!
Is there a way for those who purchased on your site to get a gog-key??

Have a nice day!
Hello, Bare_Mettle.

I saw FAQ of the official web and FAQ of GoG, but I still with a question in this point:

-----
"What languages will the game come in?
If the funds are available we plan to get the game translated into as many languages as possible."

-----

Can you give more info about that point state in this moment?
It is possible in your plans share efforts with communities in order to subtitle/translate texts? I say this because I saw sometimes in final stages of development process that the devs. and fan-communities translators cooperate.

Do you have plans about localizations in this aspect?

Thank you, good night.

Yeah, we've already received a lot of offers of help from the community. Because the game is yet unfinished we're not looking to translate it yet, there's still much to add and to revise. Once we consider the game "complete" we'll surely look into translating into the most requested languages.
Thank you. I´m going to buy it then, Exanima is pretty attractive.
See you.
Hi
I don't normally buy games in development anymore as I've been too disappointed by my choices in the past.
However I do wish you well with your game and I've put it on my wishlist to remind me to have a look at the finished version when it is released.
Looks very interesting, love the lighting, and physics! Should be a new twist on my favorite type of RPG :) I've got my copy, I hope it'll be done when its ready :)
I am one of the Sui Generis early backers and been following the project since, though I haven't been checking for a while. I would be interested to know what is the relation of the titles ? Is Exanima a standalone dungeon-crawler based on Sui Generis engine or is it part of the other game ?
It is a standalone game that provides a different experience from what SG will provide. It takes place about 20 years prior to the events unfolding in Sui Generis in SG's underworld( A vast sprawling underworld ever present below their feet).

Edit: To clarify, Exanima is certainly more limited in scope but if you are eager for SG and want to play a incredible, unique game that provides a great experience now, you definitely need Exanima. ;d The current price is basically giving it away. ;d

Its a standalone prequel based on the Sui Generis engine.
Hello,

your game looks very promising. Please consider a Linux version and a coop mode.

Cheers

The game does work decently in WINE since it uses OpenGL. They are considering doing Linux/MAC ports post release. Low latency multi-player is also planned (both co-op and PvP).
