Does anyone else have problems with vertical lines on the screen when scrolling in "16-bit" mode? They only appear when the game is in full-screen mode, but I find it rather irritating to shift back and forth...

it seems that these lines only appear in the press release version.
you can also see them in this review:

the developer at least stated that those bugs are not present in the final version
I have similar problem too, but with horizontal lines.
Try to experiment with Vsync options in nVidia Control Panel or Catalyst Control Center (depends on your graphics).

Example of my nVidia CP settings below.

My nVidia CP settings are identical to yours. :)
So change it to ON.
TBH: For me game works fine so I can't be sure if it is due to bad vertical synchronization, but those lines are usually caused by Vsync option off. It's just a guess. What (monitor) refresh rate do you have?

Changed it to on, the lines are still there. Refresh rate is 75 .

I'm seeing similar issues on the Steam version of the game as well, the lines that seem to be between texture blocks or whatever, very apparent when moving character. My monitor's refresh rate is 60, I've tried turning v-sync on to no effect.
Still no solution to this problem? Shifting from windowed to full-screen and back is somewhat frustrating...
