How do I stop Power Drain even if i don't build Objects that use power I still get the Negative Drain Over time, In late Game it forces me to rush before I run Out of Power.

What kind of reactors/generators are you using?
Are you doing regular maintenance?

If you are running just enough generators to keep the place up, they will get overworked and start to break down, so make sure you have more than you need, the more the better, and they should remain fine.
