When I fly into a planet past proximity alert I seem to go through the planet into space instead of
crashing into the planet.

We are still reworking some of the pathfininding in hyperspace.
Meanwhile we disabled collisions with stellar objects for now, so the auto pilot won't accidentially crash you into planets.
