Sorry that I have to ask this, but I'm so confused by all this, that I'm now guessing you're not talking about the game Everspace and are on the wrong forum. Because I don't know what the Utility Menu in Everspace would be and I'm 100% sure that the only default binding for T in Everspace is to (T)arget lock an NPC (which also works with middle mouse button).

If you're talking about Everspace, you can try to reset all controls to default by deleting two ini files (unfortunately the reset from the options menu does not seem to reset all bindings reliably). So go to C:\Users\{YOUR_USERNAME}\AppData\Local\RSG\Saved\Config\WindowsNoEditor and delete both the Input.ini and the GameUserSettings.ini while the game is not runnning and then restart the game and you should be back to defaults.
