OS Win 10 Pro

Two glitches:

1. The game will only run in full screen mode, attempting to start in windowed mode results in a crash.

2. If I move the cursor over the revolts possible icon at the top left of the screen, the game crashes instantly.

My game keeps crashing at the same point, soon after I pry three provinces from Scotland. It's frustrating.

Okay, I tried running it in Windows 7 compatibility mode, and that seems to be helping (so far).

Well, it wasn't perfect, but it worked for 3 hours.

FtG is an older game and does have problems with newer operating systems especially if those are 64bit
There is a tech support FAQ at Paradox’s own forum with several problems and their solution

For example run the game in the Windows XP compatibility mode of Windows 10.
