Ok i solved this place but -

1 - Do i need them again the green tumors?
2 - Do i have to take the withered head from the graves?
3 - What i need the Akadai King head for?

1- One green tumor, don't need it again.
2- Only if you decided not to kill the Akadai king.
3- Same reason you need the withered head, it's tribute to the Warlord. You should have gotten that quest in the Moonstone place.
