I just unlocked all achievements at once, idk why.
I picked up the iron coin and pressed u instead of i at accident, after that I suddenly got all achievements?

I got the same thing. But instead of pressing u instead of i, I did SHIFT+F1 and got all the achievements.
I got all the achievements after beating the first level boss, going back and buying a key in the shop pressing E.
Seems like there's something kinda wrong with either the Galaxy integration or Enter the Gungeon, and considering only 9.6% of steam players have the non-tutorial achievement, I'm guessing it's a bug in galaxy integration.

So the question is: Can I reset the achievements?

Sorry about this! It appears we left some debug code in the final build that we were using to test achievements :-/ This should be resolved in the patched build (1.0.1), and we're looking into a way to reset your existing achievement for users who are interested. This will probably take the form of adding a line to a config file before starting the game, which we hope to have in the next release (in the next 2 days or so). Thanks!

Thank you for your reply and for getting the patch out there :-) I can rarely say I have all the achievements for anything, but a way to reset would be nice...guessing it might be down to whether Galaxy supports it as well though

They do, I just want to be sure it's not an easy thing to do by accident!

What? You don't want people complaining all their hard earned achievements disappeared because they entered the Konami code by accident while trying to dodge bullets?

Calm down, I think you misunderstood what dev said.
I believe the "it's not an easy thing to do by accident" part refers to people who might accidentally reset their achievements (as a method dev suggested: "This will probably take the form of adding a line to a config file before starting the game"). Thus dev wants "to be sure" the reset won't be triggered accidentally by user before releasing a fix.

Sorry, I think there should've been a smiley, a ;-) or :-p or something, maybe a /sarcasm tag.
I'm quite on board with what the dev says here.

Your sarcasm was not lost on me, no worries :-)

Also, this slipped a little in priority for us as we've been dealing with some save and crash issues, but I will spend some time today or tomorrow on achievement-related bugs and get a "clear achievements" option into the save file. Most achievements with progress tracking are based on save data anyway, so you'll unlock some of those as soon as you load your save up if you've earned them legitimately!

Not too worried about clearing achievements here. Achievements are nice to have, whereas crashes and corruption are kinda high priority. It'd be a little more of an issue if achievements were tied to unlocks, or prevented you from accessing content once achieved or similar.

Thankfully achievements are just nice badgers of honor to look nice and give you a sense of progression or achievement. Some of them might give you special extra non-essential goals to shoot for.
Not rushing. Will you notify us somehow when it's done? Thank you.

It's in now actually, and will be in the 1.0.9 patch as soon as it's live on GOG! Sorry for the delay on this, it had fallen down my task list again due to some more serious issues and because I really didn't want to delete everyone's achievements by mistake!

So, to do this you're going to have to do a bit of options file editing... You can find your options files in one of these locations, named SaveA.options (or b/c/d depending on which slot you use).

Windows: %USERPROFILE%/AppData/LocalLow/Dodge Roll/Enter the Gungeon
OSX: ~/Library/Application Support/Dodge Roll/Enter the Gungeon
Linux: ~/.config/unity3d/Dodge Roll/Enter the Gungeon

You'll want to open this file and add a line somewhere in the middle that looks like this:

"wipeAllAchievements": true,
Next time you load up the game on that slot all of your achievements should be reset. Note that you may have to restart the game once or twice to get the state on GOG Galaxy to update. We have a lot of catch up code that runs when you start the game to unlock achievements we can see you should have earned based on your save file, so if you have a lot of progress already you should get many of the achievements you've legitimately earned unlocked right away.

Let me know how this goes for you all, and thanks for your patience!
