I'm using Enter the Gungeon version 1.1.0. Every time I try to run it on Win7 it keeps returning an error message and the game crashes. I've attached a screenshot to this post.

Here is the error log info:

Is there any way to fix this problem?

Could you send the three files generated when it crashes (I believe it's output_log.txt, error.log and memory.dmp) to bugreports@dodgeroll.com? I'll take a look and see if I can find the issue. Sorry for the trouble!

I sent an email. I hope this problem can be fixed!
IronArcturus,

Thanks for posting about this problem. Rubel, thank you for your time on this.

I bought ETG today & just tried to launch it 4 times. I got the same error. So I just compared my log file to yours, above, & it's nearly identical; same error, citing a write violation or somesuch hoodlydoo. "Write to location 004a003a caused an access violation."

I'm running Windows 7 w/ current Windows updates, under standard recommended game installing / running parameters & habits. Here is my error log:

I see this problem was originally posted approx 2 days ago. That's still pretty recent, but sucks for me as I had a little schedule opening to try playing it tonight :/ Had a rare chance to try local co-op.

That's all I got. Fix plz.

**EDIT: I've sent the error-log type files mentioned in this thread, above, to the developer-posted email for bugs.

**EDIT 2: I was told to try deleting the GOG galaxy file named approx. "galaxy.dll" in the ETG folder on my install-drive. It worked, tentatively. Game now loads to title screen. Will post if there is any further problem but I can't test further yet. Idk if this will work for others, though, so also suggest following the developer's request above. They got back to me very promptly. Thanks!
