Hello

I doubt this thread will gain much attention, especially since not many people have posted in this forum recently. I've just bought this game and it runs perfectly. Except that I'm getting lighting glitches where the environment stretches with jagged edges or any other distortion.

I've toned down my resolution, but it's still there.

Any help would be appreciated.

This doesn't sound like a problem I've heard of before. Is it an issue with the skies, or throughout the environments?

If tweaking the other in game video options doesn't help, you could try the OpenGL renderer. Open environment.cfg and set the line 'VID_RENDER=Direct3D8' to 'VID_RENDER=OpenGL' to do this. (Note that OpenGL seems to be missing certain effects, such as some sky shaders/lighting)

Thanks for the response. Changing the rending software has remedied the problem, but I'm getting slightly slow gameplay. I'll check out some other methods, now that I know the problem. Thanks
