I have intel hd 4000,intel core 3550k or something,pretty new...

So i tried reinstall,compatibilyty,thing with regedit,run as administrator,lowing,highing graphics.I think this is what i did.And still i have a spooky texture.When i chosee teams and this things it is very spooky texture,inside game texture are flying black screen,freezez.I remember it works perfect on windows7,and one day i reinstall the windows 8 and it works,but just that time.After a time i must reinstall windows 8 again and it didnt work , what can i do?This is EE and empire earth art of sup from gog

Yeah, this a pretty well known problem, it has to do with the intel drivers, they borked them when Windows 8.1 came out. there really is no good hotfix out there, maybe try rolling back the drivers but that didn't work for me, as i have the same problem. everyone and there mom is looking for a better solution for us right now, so we just kinda have to hang tight, or run it on a different computer.

First you have to disable the automatic driver install. system control --> system & security --> system --> advanced system settings (follow the microcentertech link)
Then go to the device manager and delete the intel hd graphics (4000) driver completely. Maybe you have to do this a few times.
After the restart you have to wait for a moment. The system detects the intel hd graphic card and installs an old driver.
