EE works, but I still have a problem I can't resolve. The game doesn't go full screen. It runs centered in the screen but with two black borders. I've tried adjusting the resolution in the Game Settings Menu which didn't change anything.
Here is my system:
Windows 7 Ultimate 32-bit
1.73GHz Dual-Core Processor
2GB/Go DDR2 SDRAM
15.4 WXGA (1280 x 800) X-black LCD
Mobile Intel Graphics Media Accelerator X3100

Guys, please help me out. =)

Odd, runs in widescreen for me at 1440x900. I've got vista and a nonrubbish vid card though.

E: Unless you mean the menu, it does have black bars. In mission it uses the whole screen.

Same problem here, Thought someday it runs fullscreen, the other day it doesn't =P. It's just random here (Don't know why).

It guess it has to do with your Intel GPU. Can you access the Intel GPU control panel? And look for scaling option.
Control Panel -> Intel GMA Driver for Mobile ->Display Settings->Aspect Ratio Options

And for your information, the main menu still retain the original resolution, but in-game will use the resolution of your choosing.
