I installed the game and the scrolling that happens when you move your mouse to the edge of the screen is way too fast. I tried adjusting it in the game options and I turned it all the way to the slowest settings and is still way too fast. Let me know if I need more explaining because you don't understand what scrolling I am talking about.

open regedit go to Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\SSSI\Empire Earth

side scroll speed,change value to 15

This fixed my issue - I may fiddle with the exact value later but it's actually playable now! Thank you so much..
