You aren't rendering 3d correctly. So try different options in the 3d section of graphics. Also, try different resolutions and Hz. Sometimes it's actually your monitor that isn't able to display the info coming out of your graphics card. So try different combinations of those.
Before you do all that, he sure your graphics software isn't overriding anything. Should be set to "use software settings" or whatever they call it.
