So I have a 1060 3GB/i5-8400/16GB Memory/Win10
And my framerate in this game is all over, going as low as 10 to as high as 50, but averaging around 20-30
I had to use the Voodoo glide thing or whatever it is that's listed in the PCGamingWiki article for the game, and I tried using Neo-EE but neither fixed anything. I swapped between Hardware TNL and Software, Software removed the flickering of my mouse cursor but both run the game like absolute trash.
I turned off Vsync but the game seems like it's capping at 50FPS but still goes a few over randomly (still dropping to 20s constantly)
And low or high settings the game runs the same. I don't know what else to do here about this, Oddly when I run the game with my laptop using the Intel HD 3000 it runs flawless, but I don't want to use my laptop just to play 1 game.
