The game is really dark, I can't see anything on the screen.

Sadly, the game only works correctly on my laptop (WIN10).

The problem persists on my desktop (WIN7).

Damm, my leptop's OS is WIN 7, and I have no desktop PC.

Any recommandations?

The only thing I can think of is waiting until you eventually get WIN10 to play the game.

If you are anything like me, you will have a huge backlog of other games ;)

I did so. He told me to update my dircetX and drivers, which didn't help. I sent him another email, lets see how this one goes.
