Although the current installer (~24GB) says "English", it is actually "all in 1" (English + Polish + German + Spanish + French + Italian + Japanese + Russian).
After installation, you can manually delete the languages you do not intend to use.
"Skyrim - Voices_pl0.bsa" is Polish files;
It is recommended to keep "Skyrim - Voices_en0.bsa" (English) as it acts as a failsafe.
All other "Skyrim - Voices...bsa" can be deleted, or ignored, it's up to you.
After installation, you can manually delete the languages you do not intend to use.

If you use a mod manager, you may have a unique Skyrim.ini for each profile in its own folder.
