The last time i tried it it did but you probably need sp3 updated fully to work on it.
Otherwise i only have a win 10 pc now.
Think the xp was in 2021 or 2020 that i tried oblivion
XP was good, but it's time to upgrade to win 10.

I played Oblivion from the time it was released. Why should there be problems with XP now?

Some games on gog don't work due to galaxy.dll on the offline installers that come with the game and they can break windows xp compability with the games when installed. But this one doesn't have it, think only fallout 3 has such a problem and some other games since they were updated and they added galaxy dll.
The problems with galaxy dll shouldn't exist for vista and above i think.
Also sometimes it could be fixed the galaxy dll by using certain HxD and some patches like i did for some games https://www.gog.com/forum/general/good_news_galaxydll_breaks_xpcompatibility_in_good_old_games/page13

Thanks. I wasn't aware of this potential issue.
