You have to use your mouse wheel or the cursor down key to scroll down to reveal "quit".

The console is enabled. It's faster to just open it, type qqq and hit enter.

It's pretty dumb how it is by default.
Sreiously, this UI is bonkers, it is even worse than Oblivion.
Hit ESC and go to "System". It's where you should find save, mod configuration, settings, and quit.

It actually won't show up here until you finish the opening scene...or use one of the mods that bypasses the opening...

yeah. infuriating. scroll down, man. it's not visible among the first displayed "SYSTEM" Options.

preeeeetty weak. no Alt tricks, no obvious way to exit. but scroll while in system and there it is. totally hidden at first. wonders.
This is the result of designing a game for consoles instead of for PCs.
