*The title is supposed to say Morrowind but I can't change it.

I've noticed with the Rebirth mod that the NPC's no longer speak. Is there a way to change it back in the mod?

By "speak", are you talking about voice acting or the basic text conversation?

If the former, a typical mod project doesn't have the means to voice act large amounts of text.

I'm not talking about new voices, the mod is apparently silencing the acknowledgements of the NPC's. Is there any way to turn that part off?
