mindblast: There is no mod that glues them together. And, to be honest, I don't see why there would be something like this. I didn't play Oblivion, but I played the others. They feel very different. While I enjoy Skyrim combat, action, environment, I like Morrowind's dialogues, quest log, character creation and the overall world more.
I don't think the main purpose of such mods is to improve the target game, but to run the source game in a "better" engine, with better graphics, etc. Easier integration with/transition to the next game is more of an afterthought. I think the best way to get those results is to invest in something like OpenMW. In that case, instead of complaining that the engine can't be made to act like the older/newer engine, you can make the OpenMW engine act however you like, and even switch between behaviors without some sort of hacky mod. One could even technically port Daggerfall and Arena to that engine, given enough time and effort, and allowing for different "model" types, including posterboards of yore. Trying to get it all work in a different Bethesda engine seems like a waste of time, at least partially for the reason you gave:
mindblast: It wouldn't be Morrowind because it is a completely different game.
Of course, I wouldn't be saying this if OpenMW wasn't in as good a state as it is; making it that far is a huge amount of effort, so e.g. porting NWN1 to the NWN2 engine makes more sense.
