3 mods disappeared today after the update.
It is about the following mods:
RestWarningifUnwell (v1.00)
UBLaMF (v.2021.03.25)
Unofficial Block, Location and Model Fixes (v. 2021.03.25)

I downloaded the backup copy before the update and could go back to the old version or download the mods from the mod website.
However, I would be interested to know what is going on, especially as I get the message that my savegame is no longer compatible and that there may be problems.

Gog included those mods in the Unity pack without getting specific permission from the modders. They fixed the error, and those mods are still available for anyone to download separately. It was an honest mistake that Gog cleaned up pretty quickly.
OP the update has a patch changes you can see on gog galaxy

Just click on the button on the top of the window of GogGalaxy right of the play button and click on read patch notes.

I did look for the Patchnots but probably only with one eye, thanks for the Patchnote reference.

I never played nor modded this game before so I'm wandering, will there be a problem with futures updates if I add these mods my self?

It seems to provide it's own config and mod list, as it overwrote my settings (audio and key bindings) when those mods were updated. I'm imagining next time It's updated it will do it again.

You can always "manage installation->configure" in Galaxy and turn off auto updates.
Thanks for the answer, that's good to know. I will just keep it as it is for simplicity sake, 7 hours in and just found out how the climbing and rappel stuff works. Having a blast.

Agreed! I'm really enjoying playing through it again, so many things I forgot over the years.

There really is something just special about the ambiance of the dungeons and the music/sounds that kind of hasn't been recaptured by the modern games. Not to say I didn't have a blast playing all the other Elder Scrolls games.
