Hi Forum,
Normally when you fast travel to a certain dungeon it is kind of easy to find them since you just walk straight ahead and you see the graveyard popping up.
However quest related I had to travel to certain dungeons that are not within sight when getting there and they are a mere green hill somewhere in the distance.
Is there any good or general way of finding these dungeons without cluelessly walking around in the wild and finding it by chance?
Thanks in advance!
(the only thing I figured out was loitering around till daylight pops in helps a bit but even then some dungeons are still not visible and loitering around for too long might cause some serious tough thugs/rogues and thieves to pop up that require my battlemage to use his magic in order to not get killed)

As an alternative to loitering around, you can travel carefully to the location you are currently in. This will make it day (assuming you aren't a vampire) and will restore your health, stamina and (assuming you're not a sorcerer) spell points.

I usually choose to be a human battlemage, thing is even at day it still is kinda hard to find some things. I wondered if there is a general rule like all dungeons are a little bit north east to where you spawn xD
But thanks for the answer (thing is I always forget if red or green is the one that marks the active travel option)

I can't give any advice on this specific problem (other than to say that, from what I remember, if you fast-travel to a dungeon, the entrance will be somewhere in a forward arc -- though not necessarily straight ahead), but I can recommend the Eye of Argonia utility, which increases the draw distance (the "Detail" setting in game options) well beyond the original limit, helping you see farther.
