Hello all,

Kinda hesitant at making this thread as I'm unsure if this is due to the game or an error on my end but :

Store page says the game support cloud saves, I played through Galaxy on one machine for about 3-4 hours yesterday.

Went on another machine today and there's no save to be found through Galaxy, it's pointless to me to replay these 4hours since I'll be back on that other PC soon enough.

I usually don't play the same game on different machines, just so you know, so I have no idea if that's a possible recurring issue that could emanate from Galaxy. But I guess I felt a strong enough need to say it.

This seems to be an issue that pops up on occasion with GOG Galaxy, so it's probably not on your end. To test it out, I've been trying make this work between 3 different computers. Only one of them will upload/download from GOG Galaxy's cloud sync for some reason.

However if you'd like to manually transfer the saves, you can find the save data directory at:
C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\Pixpil\
Replace "username" with whatever your Windows user folder is. You can also use this method to find the saves folder:
1. Press the "WinKey + R" (without quotes) to bring up the Run command window.
2. Type in "%appdata%" and press OK. This will pop up the Roaming folder.
3. Look for the "Pixpil" folder and you'll find the Eastward folder you need to copy/archive.

With this you should be able to transfer it via flash drive or cloud storage solution (Google Drive, Dropbox, etc).

Definitely nowhere near as convenient if cloud sync would just work but it's the only method I can come up with at the moment.

I see ! Yes, it does seem like Galaxy is not working properly on some of my machine. Not that big of a deal, but yeah.

Thanks you very much, I'll be sure to keep that in mind for the future!
